In a case involving smuggling Chinese nationals into the US, defendant's conviction on hostage-taking and conspiracy to take hostages counts are affirmed over sufficiency of the evidence claims. Imposition of a four-level enhancement pursuant to U.S.S.G. section 3B1.1(a) is affirmed.
