SAVINO v. CITY OF NEW YORK, 02-7108
In a suit by a former city investigator arising out of an unsuccessful criminal prosecution against him, city defendants are entitled to summary judgment on qualified immunity grounds with respect to claims for malicious prosecution, false arrest, and abuse of process, as well as a section 1983 claim based on these state-law causes of action.
