US v. MITCHELL, 02-1326

Defendant's conviction for conspiracy to deal firearms without a license, 18 U.S.C. section 922(a)(3), is affirmed where defendant, while not the direct purchaser of weapons, "otherwise obtained" them and conspired with an out-of-state resident by serving as an agent.
