US v. HANDAKAS, 02-1339

Although the omission of the condition of supervised release from the oral pronouncement of sentence was probably harmless error, it would be prudent to remand the sentence to afford the District Court an opportunity to reconsider imposition of the employment condition after hearing the objection of the defendant.
