BOULE v. HUTTON, 01-7501
In a suit over statements about the authenticity of Soviet avant garde paintings, two claims under the New York common law for unfair competition by disparagement were wrongfully dismissed, however, the rest of the district court's judgment in favor of defendant is affirmed.
