US v. SFORZA, 02-6017

District court orders (1) denying plaintiffs' motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction certain claims brought by the US under the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. 34 section 3729 et seq., and federal common law, and (2) enforcing a settlement agreement reached on the record, dismissing the suit in exchange for $200,000 and general releases, are affirmed.
