LUCKETT v. BURE, 01-6178
In a sergeant and civilian employee's action against the U.S. Army Reserves, Title VII protections extend to discrimination actions brought by military personnel in hybrid jobs entailing both civilian and military aspects except when, as here, the challenged conduct is integrally related to the military's unique structure.
