United States Second Circuit

KROPELNICKI v. SIEGEL, 01-7025, 01-7233

Appellant's claim under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is inextricably intertwined with a state court default judgment in a debt collection action (and a motion to vacate it), and appellant had ample opportunity to raise this claim before the state court, thus the Rooker-Feldman doctrine therefore bars federal review.
