US v. SOFSKY, 01-1097

Condition of supervised release, prohibiting all computer and Internet access without the approval of probation officer, as to defendant who pled guilty to receiving child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 2252A(a)(2)(A) exceeds even the broad discretion of the sentencing judge, and is thus vacated, and case remanded for entry of a modified condition.
