United States Second Circuit
COSME v. HENDERSON, 01-6032
US Postal Service's attempts to adjust plaintiff's work schedule in light of his religious beliefs discharged its obligation under section 701(j) of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, despite plaintiff's contentions that proposed transfers to accommodate him would result in a 90-day period where he would be without seniority, or would violate collective bargaining agreement, rendering the offers "unreasonable."
