Under the Connecticut Products Liability Act, Conn. Gen. Stat. 52-572m et seq., a drug manufacturer that distributed promotional free samples to physicians and provided appropriate warnings to them is not liable for injuries to members of patient's household under the learned intermediary doctrine.
