THE BANK OF NEW YORK v. TRECO, 99-5074

Section 304(c)(4) of the bankruptcy code prohibits a US bankruptcy court from turning over secured assets to an unsecured creditor which has obtained a judgment in a foreign bankruptcy proceeding.
