United States Second Circuit

ABDU-BRISSON v. DELTA AIR LINES, INC., 99-9359

While the district court erroneously concluded that plaintiff airline pilots did not meet their prima facie burden of proof in age discrimination suit, summary judgment for defendant was appropriate where plaintiffs adduced no evidence that defendant's legitimate non-discriminatory explanations for each of the challenged employment terms were false.
