United States Second Circuit

HUMINSKI v FACTORY POINT NAT'L BANK, 00-7608

Federal law preempted debtors' state tort law claims. Debtors could only pursue remedies for purported violations of the automatic stay in bankruptcy court, so the district court lacked jurisdiction over the debtor's state law claims.
