US v. Morales-De Jesus, 17-1549

Affirmed the imposition of a longer sentence for a drug offense than recommended in a plea agreement in a case where the defendant pleaded guilty to leading a large drug distribution conspiracy in housing projects and to a related firearm offense and faced a total sentence of 228 months' imprisonment, longer than the 180 months recommended in the plea agreement. On appeal, the First Circuit found no error.
