United States First Circuit
US v Tineo-Gonzalez, 16-2153
Affirmed. Defendant pled guilty at the start of the trial to a charge of importation of controlled substances with intent to distribute. He now appeals his conviction arguing that the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress certain incriminating statements. The 1st Circuit held that by pleading guilty at trial, defendant waived right to challenge motion to suppress.
