Reversing the denial of a motion to suppress fruits of a warrantless search of a defendant's home in Puerto Rico because it violated the Fourteenth Amendment when police tracked the cellphone numbers of two people an informant claimed were the fleeing bank robbers sought by police and searched a house where one of the phones was still located after they apprehended the two men.
