Vacating in part and affirming in part the dismissal on summary judgment of a suit brought by an anonymous boy and his parents against Boston College and its officials relating to an Administrative Hearing Board determination that he had been responsible for indecent assault and battery, affirming the dismissal of most claims, but vacating a breach of contract claim as to disciplinary proceedings and a basic fairness claim.
