Affirming in part, vacating in part, and reversing in part a district court order dismissing the pro se suit by a prisoner against a guard he claimed sexually assaulted and then physically assaulted him in order to give the self-represented plaintiff another chance to cure his complaint as it related to his Eighth Amendment sexual abuse claim.
