Purdy v. Berryhill, 16-2242

Affirming the district court's affirmation of an administrative law judge's ruling that the appellant was not disabled and therefore not entitled to Supplemental Security Income because the slight weight given a doctor's testimony and reliance on evidence presented by the Commissioner employed the correct burdens of proof and accorded the permissible weighting of evidence.
