United States First Circuit
Angiodynamics, Inc. v. Biolitec, Inc., 17-1239
Affirming lower court judgments in a case that clearly frustrated the court and the plaintiffs involving a company's many procedural attempts to avoid satisfying a twenty three million dollar judgment against them because the court turned a deaf ear to their arguments attempting to avoid contempt orders previously entered against them, determining that they had waived critical arguments and holding that the district court's denial of motions for relief were not an abuse of discretion.
