Affirming the grant of summary judgment to the defense in the case of a school suing for the use of caulking in its construction that contained toxic chemicals because the volatility of the chemicals could not be reasonably foreseen in 1969, when the building was constructed, and a negligent marketing claim can't be maintained independent of a design defect claim.
