Affirming the sentence in the case of a man convicted of drug crimes who was sentenced as a career offender based upon prior convictions under NY law and applying a criminal livelihood enhancement because the prior convictions, including a conviction for an attempted crime, qualified as predicate offenses, and any other error was harmless.
