United States First Circuit

US v. Tanco Pizarro, 16-1452

Affirming the entry of a guilty plea and the resulting sentence in the case of a firearm conviction relating to a drug crime where the court found the guilty plea was knowing and voluntary and the government didn't breach its agreement when a sentence higher than the minimum was entered because the range of sentences provided in the plea agreement were only recommendations and the defendant was informed of that fact.
