United States First Circuit

US v. Ubiles-Rosario, 16-1493

Affirming that there was no breach of a plea agreement and a sentence imposed by the district court was both procedurally and substantively reasonable in a case involving a carjacking and murder that resulted in a sentence that exceeded the sentence requested by the prosecution because doing so was within the court's discretion and the rationale provided by the court was plausible.
