United States First Circuit

Jackson v. Marshall, 15-2519

Affirming the denial of a habeas corpus petition filed by an inmate who complained that the trial at which he was convicted was unconstitutionally unfair because the Commonwealth and a witness against him both stated that there were no inducements for the witness' testimony but the charges against the witness were subsequently dismissed, but there was no direct evidence that the testimony regarding the lack of inducement was false.
