In a suit originating under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), 28 U.S.C. sections 1346(b)(1) 2671-2680, concerning an arrest made during 'Operation Guard Shack,' a reverse sting operation launched by the FBI with the goal of identifying corrupt police and corrections officers in Puerto Rico, the district court's grant of partial summary judgment in favor of the U.S., dismissing the false arrest, false imprisonment, and malicious prosecution claims as well as derivative and independent tort claims, is affirmed where there is no reversible error.
