United States First Circuit

Ricchio v. McLean, 16-1680

In actions for civil liability under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act against four defendants, the district court dismissal under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim is reversed where plaintiff's allegations and inferences suffice as plausible support for pleading statutory violations by the defendants.
