United States First Circuit

Reddy v. Foster, 16-1432

In a pre-enforcement challenge to New Hampshire Senate Bill 319, entitled 'An Act relative to access to reproductive health care facilities,' which has not been activated or enforced since its enactment in mid-2014, the district court's dismissal without prejudice, for lack of Article III standing, is affirmed where the challenge is not ripe and there is no present Article III case or controversy before the court.
