United States First Circuit

Vendura, Jr. v. Boxer, 15-2387

In a suit for pension benefits concerning the number of 'years of benefit service' that should be credited to plaintiff in calculating his pension benefits under his pension plan, the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendants is affirmed where the Administrative Committee's interpretation of the plan's subsections (b) and (c), under which the sixty-month cap does apply to plaintiff, is a reasonable one.
