US v. Maldonado-Burgos, 15-2145
In a criminal action, the district court's dismissal of the indictment for transporting an individual in interstate or foreign commerce for the purposes of prostitution, in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 2421 (a), is affirmed. The Court held that section 2421 (a) does not apply to transportation occurring solely within Puerto Rico.
