Conviction for three counts of possessing heroin with intent to distribute is affirmed where: 1) defendant did not meet his burden of producing sufficient evidence to send an entrapment defense to the jury; and 2) the district court did not commit clear error in ordering defendant to notify the government of his plans to offer an entrapment defense.
