Garmon, Sr. v. Nat'l Railroad Passenger Corp., 15-1803
In an employment discrimination suit filed by an African-American man currently employed by Amtrak, alleges that his opportunities for overtime were reduced because of his race and that he was subjected to a hostile work environment in violation of 42 U.S.C. section 1981, the district court's grant of Amtrak's motion for summary judgment is affirmed where plaintiff failed to proffer any evidence that he suffered an adverse employment action or that he was subjected to a hostile work environment.
