Sentence for guilty plea to drug-dealing conspiracy is affirmed over defendant's challenge to the validity of his guilty plea and sentence where: 1) the District Court met the standards of the Rule 11 hearing of ensuring that a defendant understands the nature of the charges against him before accepting his guilty plea; and 2) there is no error, plain or otherwise, in the calculation of defendant's Guidelines range.
