United States First Circuit
Bahta v. Lynch, 14-1995
In an immigration action, brought by an Eritrean citizen challenging the Board of Immigration Appeals' denial of her application for asylum, the petition for review is denied where a reasonable fact finder would not be compelled to conclude that petitioner's practice of the Pentecostal religion in Eritrea, without supporting documentation, sufficed to meet her burden of proving past persecution.
