US v. Acevedo-Sueros, 14-1732

Sentence for conviction by guilty plea to four felony counts related to a conspiracy to import over 1,300 kilograms of cocaine is affirmed where: 1) there was no error in applying the U.S.S.G. section 3E1.1(b) offense level adjustment at sentencing; and 2) defendant has not carried his burden to show that his substantial rights were affected by the court's alleged failure to satisfy Rule 32(i)(1)(A).
