DeCambre v. Brookline Housing Authority, 15-1458
In a suit against the Brookline Housing Authority (BHA) and three of its employees, alleging that the BHA had violated state and federal law by miscalculating her income under the pertinent federal regulations and by engaging in disability-based discrimination, the District Court's judgment for defendants is reversed where the BHA incorrectly construed federal regulations in calculating plaintiff's income.
