United States First Circuit

Tang v. Citizens Bank, N.A., 15-2003

In an action brought by a former employee against her former employer and supervisor, bringing numerous claims stemming from her termination, including retaliation and sexual harassment under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. sections 2000e et seq., and Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 151B, the District Court's grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants is vacated where the record raises a triable issue as to whether plaintiff suffered sexual harassment and retaliation.
