In a petition for review of the Federal Trade Commission's summary decision finding petitioner personally liable for misrepresentations contained on the website Jerk.com, a reputation management site, in violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Commission's decision is: 1) affirmed as to the finding of liability and the remedial order recordkeeping provisions and order acknowledgment requirement; and 2) vacated as to the remedial order's compliance monitoring provisions as to petitioner where they are overbroad.
