US v. Jordan, 15-1174

Sentence for conviction of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, 18 U.S.C. sections 1348 and 1349, and mail and wire fraud, sections 1341, 1343 and 1349. is affirmed over defendant's claims that the district court abused its discretion in admitting certain expert testimony at sentencing and that the court committed clear error in determining the amount of the loss attributable to the offense of conviction.
