In an appeal of denial of a 28 U.S.C. section 2255 petition for post-conviction relief from sentence and conviction of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance within one thousand feet of a school, 21 U.S.C. sections 841(a)(1) and 860, and conspiracy to do the same, section 846, denial is affirmed over petitioner's claim that his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance at sentencing in violation of the Sixth Amendment.
