United States First Circuit

US v. Reyes-Rivera, 14-1712

Sentence for conviction of bank fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud, arising out of a Ponzi scheme that defrauded 230 vulnerable people out of approximately $22 million, are affirmed over defendant's claims that the 242 month sentence is too high because his was only a run-of-the-mill Ponzi scheme.
