In a suit alleging breach of a contract that was proposed and executed in Jamaica, performed almost exclusively in Jamaica, and governed by the laws of Jamaica, the district court dismissal of the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction is affirmed where neither defendant operates any business or has any corporate presence in Massachusetts.
