Giroux v. Fed. Nat'l Mortgage, 15-1270
In a suit seeking an order enjoining the foreclosure sale of plaintiff's home, the district court dismissal of her claim, finding that it was barred on res judicata grounds in light of a similar case that she had brought and which had been dismissed, is affirmed over plaintiff's FRCP Rule 60 motion to vacate where plaintiff does not show any exceptional circumstances justify[ing] extraordinary relief under Rule 60(b)(6).
