Thompson v. Lynch, 14-1858

Petition for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals decision ordering the deportation of petitioner, a lawful permanent resident who was convicted of a deportable offense, is denied where petitioner has not proven that his parents' relationship or separation was legally recognized, as required for relief under former section 321(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. which provides that a child derives citizenship from the naturalization of one parent if certain criteria are met.
