In a petition for review of the Board of Immigrant Appeals final order upholding the decision of an Immigration Judge, which denied Dominican petitioner both an I-751 waiver and cancellation of removal, the denial of the petition is affirmed where the BIA did not err in declaring the petitioner categorically ineligible for cancellation of removal under 8 U.S.C. section 1229b(a).
