Convictions of conspiring to import cocaine and heroin into the US, in violation of 21 U.S.C. sections 952(a), 960, and 963, and conspiring to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and heroin on board a vessel subject to the jurisdiction of the US, in violation of 46 U.S.C. sections 70503(a)(1),70504(b)(1), and 70506(a), are affirmed over meritless claims that improper expert testimony and government's conduct warrant reversal of convictions, error as to the denial of their motions for judgments of acquittal, and challenges the substantive reasonableness of the sentence.
