Sentences and convictions of various narcotics possession, firearm and conspiracy charges arising out of defendants' participation in an illicit drug organization are: 1) affirmed as to all convictions and defendant Cumming's sentence over a host of errors during the pretrial and trial phases of the proceedings; but 2) vacated and remanded as to defendant Christopher's sentence and remanded so that the district court can impose an individual sentence on each count.
