United States First Circuit
Velez-Velez v. Puerto Rico Highway and Transp. Auth., 14-1176
In an action under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 alleging political belief termination, the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendants is affirmed where the logic of the Supreme Court's decisions in Delaware State College v. Ricks, 449 U.S. 250 (1980), and Chardon v. Fernandez, 454 U.S. 6 (1981), requires findings that the claim here was untimely.
