United States First Circuit
Hill v. State Street Corp., 15-1193
In a case arising out of a settlement of a securities class action brought on behalf of all who purchased the common stock of State Street Corporation during a period of just over three years, alleging that objectors to the settlement were given too little time to register objections with the district court; and that the district court should not have approved the amount of attorneys' fees awarded to class counsel, the district court's dismissal of the appeals is affirmed where that objectors' arguments with respect to the notice and fee rulings lack merit.
